The Pullman Porter's "Kick" Ehrhart

Pullman Porter

A caricature of a Pullman Porter holding a piece of paper listing "Tips Daily Average on Each Trip". Appealing to the "shocked" President of the Railroad company to become a salaried worker. Uses an insert of the porter in a previous 'plumper' state, to illustrate the hardships experienced through the low wages. Reveals that the porter is a member of the Pullman Porters Labor Union.
